Bio

I moved to Oklahoma in 1975, when I took job in the resident company of Southwest Repertory Theatre as a guest actor. I also worked with Actors' Company Theatre before accepting a position in the resident company of the Oklahoma Theatre Center. While at OTC, I was an actor, director, and playwright. I moved to General Manager of Edmond Community Theatre and later helped found and was Artistic Director of Carpenter Square Theatre. My wife and I had our own summer production company, Theatre a la Carte from 1986-96. Since 1983, she and I have also been guest actors and directors of Jewel Box Theatre, the oldest continuously-producing community theatre in Oklahoma. In 2022, we were hired as Managing directors at JBT. We have been married since 1986 and have two adult sons. Additionally, I taught Middle School World History and High School Oklahoma History from 1995-2022. I appeared in a 1989 episode of NBC's "Unsolved Mysteries" and was in a 5-part PBS mini-series called "Oklahoma Passage."
