Hall of Fame
The Bellevue Alumni Association established the Bellevue Alumni Hall of Fame to honor outstanding alumni leaders who have achieved personal excellence and who have made significant contributions to their community through service, stewardship, and involvement.
Throughout most of 2025, the Bellevue Alumni Association accepted nominations for graduates of Bellevue High, Bellevue East, & Bellevue West to be considered for induction into the new Bellevue Alumni Hall of Fame. The Alumni Association is proud to present the inaugural class of the Bellevue Alumni Hall of Fame:
- Brian Hamilton, Bellevue High - Class of 1968
- Marjorie Simons-Bester, Bellevue High - Class of 1975
- Brigette (Ferrante) Young, Bellevue East - Class of 1985
- Nicole (Weber) Shonka, Bellevue East - Class of 1993
- Aaron Kyle, Bellevue West - Class of 1997
- Brian Fox, Bellevue West - Class of 2000
- Steven Rowlee*, Bellevue East - Class of 1983
- Mike Plambeck*, Bellevue West - Class of 1983.
Induction Brunch Tickets
Individual tickets are now available for the Hall of Fame Induction Brunch: Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 10am at the Frank Kumor Career Center, 2812 Arboertum Drive in Bellevue. Tables seat eight people. We do expect this event to sell out, so make sure to purchase your tickets early.

Nominations
Nominations are currently closed. All nominations for the inaugural class of the Bellevue Alumni Hall of Fame were due by Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Nominations for the next class will open in late April 2026. Please note that nomination forms will be kept on file for up to 3 years if an individual is not selected.
Please consider the following areas for your recommendation:
● One who has achieved personal excellence (business and professional)
● Individuals who nurture their community through service, stewardship, and involvement
(community and social).
● Graduates may not be inducted until 20 years after graduation.
● In your nomination, please include educational background, professional background,
accomplishments & honors, civic involvement & honors, and other significant accomplishments.
● Selected inductees are required, if at all possible, to attend the Induction Ceremony.
