Attended Bellevue Public Schools from elementary through high school. Betz, Mission, East. Attended Bellevue University for bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Worked for small businesses in Bellevue as office manager. Second bachelor's degree at Bellevue University in accounting. Worked in Bellevue and Omaha doing taxes, payroll and financial reports. Third degree at UNO in secondary education in business and special education. Taught special education at Bellevue West and Mission Middle. Volunteered with Bellevue Education Association. Achieved master's degree in learning disabilities at UNO. Married, raised a family in Bellevue. Active at church and enjoying being a grandparent.
