How did your experiences as a student prepare you for your military career?
It was some years after high school that I realized the Student Council taught me servant leadership, DECA taught me how to present myself and my thoughts, and those relationships in both clubs taught me that working and goofing off were all part of the process.

What advice would you give current students and/or fellow alumni who are considering a career in the military?
If you’re not quite sure what to do next, the military is a great start to finding out what you’re made of and what you want out of life.
