Bio

Ryan McCann is a psychotherapist with the Nebraska Medicine Department of Psychiatry for the last 3 years. He is the intake coordinator for the ASPIRE (Active Support for Psychosis in Recovery) subspecialty clinic for the treatment of psychotic disorders. Ryan was born in Bellevue Nebraska but spent time in the Azores, Texas, Guam, and New Mexico as a military dependent before returning to Bellevue. He graduated from Bellevue University with a Masters in Clinical Counseling in 2012. He lives in Gretna Nebraska with his wife Stacy McCann, an associate professor of nursing at Bryan College, son Alexander (age 13), and daughter Samantha (age 10). He is a volunteer sound technician at his church and enjoys tinkering with stereo equipment and listening to music in his spare time.
